Dr. Janice Presser is CEO of The Gabriel Institute. She spent over 25 years in research, development, and testing of a completely new way to predict how people will perform in teams, now known as TGI Teamability™. Dr. Presser has served on SHRM’s Metrics Special Expertise Panel and Taskforce on Workforce Planning. She is Contributing Editor for Selection in ELLA®, the Employment Labor Law Audit, has authored five books and dozens of articles, and blogs at Teamability.blogspot.com. Her new book explores the theoretical and physical foundations of ‘teaming,’ and their profound impact on the structure, development, and leadership of teams.
